The Central Zone at Kokoseb Gold Project returned strong gold mineralisation, with standout intersections including 27 metres at 3.31 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 474 metres.

This also includes 11 metres at 5.21 g/t in hole KDD097; 12.7 metres at 3.09 g/t from 448 metres, including 5.7 metres at 5.57 g/t in KDD095; and 5 metres at 6.77 g/t from 245.1 metres in KDD103.

Another interval from KDD103 intersected 10.8 metres at 3.05 g/t from 302.1 metres, including 6 metres at 5.08 g/t.

Additional significant results from the Central Zone include 6 metres at 3.73 g/t gold from 251 metres in KDD077 and 20 metres at 1.91 g/t from 139 metres, including 3 metres at 4.21 g/t and 3 metres at 4.17 g/t in KRC489.

A further intercept from KRC490 recorded 7 metres at 2.35 g/t from 115 metres, including 2 metres at 5.49 g/t.

Wia Gold Limited said the Central Zone, which extends for over 500 metres along strike, continues to produce consistent high-grade results across multiple plunging shoots that remain open both along strike and at depth.

Five diamond drill rigs have been assigned to define these high-grade shoots below the scoping study pit shell and test the deeper extensions of mineralisation that could support a future underground resource.

In addition to the main Central Zone, drilling identified a sub-parallel high-grade shoot near hole KRC3312, beyond the current mineral resource boundary. Intersections from this emerging zone include 10.9 metres at 12.26 g/t gold from 223.5 metres in KDD096 and 8.2 metres at 5.09 g/t from 229.7 metres in KDD093.

Wia said this discovery could become an analogue for other concealed mineralised structures within the broader Kokoseb system.

Deep resource extension drilling has also confirmed that the gold system remains open at depth. Hole KDD086 intersected 47 metres at 1.49 g/t gold, including 29 metres at 1.41 g/t and 15 metres at 1.87 g/t. Other notable deep intercepts include 22.5 metres at 1.23 g/t from 522 metres in KDD078, 19 metres at 1.58 g/t from 553 metres in KDD091, and 8.7 metres at 2.26 g/t from 496 metres in KDD087.

Infill drilling in the Northern and Gap Zones also produced encouraging results, with 8 metres at 7.66 g/t gold from 75 metres in KRC449, 15 metres at 1.62 g/t from 138 metres in KRC457, and 16 metres at 2.14 g/t from 38 metres in KRC480.

These intercepts will be included in the following mineral resource update as part of Wia’s strategy to increase the indicated category of the Kokoseb resource.

A trial grade-control program in the Central Zone has confirmed shallow mineralisation continuity, intersecting 23 metres at 2.40 g/t gold from 20 metres in KRC516, 27 metres at 1.48 g/t from surface in KRC548, and 45 metres at 1.38 g/t from 6 metres in KRC519.

The company said these results support the robustness of its geological model and reinforce the open-pit mining potential of the deposit.

Executive Chairman Josef El-Raghy said the latest drilling campaign strengthens confidence in Kokoseb’s capacity to deliver both open-pit and underground resources.

“The results demonstrate the potential to expand the existing open-pit resource and build confidence in defining a future underground resource.

“With five diamond and one reverse circulation rig operating, our program to grow and de-risk Kokoseb through to delivery of the Definitive Feasibility Study in the second half of 2026 remains firmly on track,” he said.

Kokoseb, located about 320 kilometres northwest of Windhoek, forms part of Wia’s broader Damaran Project, covering twelve tenements across 2,700 square kilometres.

The project is held in a joint venture with Namibia’s state-owned Epangelo Mining, which has a 20 per cent interest.

An updated mineral resource estimate released in July 2025 confirmed 2.93 million ounces of gold at 1.0 g/t using a 0.5 g/t cut-off grade, including a higher-grade component of 2.07 million ounces at 1.4 g/t using a 0.8 g/t cut-off.
