Antler Gold CEO Christopher Drysdale is now the interim CEO of E-Tech Resources.
Drysdale, who serves as a director on the E-Tech board, replaces Todd Burlingame.
E-Tech Resources is a rare earth exploration and development company focused on developing its Eureka Rare Earths Project in Namibia.
The Eureka deposit, within EPL 6762, covers farms Eureka 99 and Sukses 90.
Antler Gold has three gold projects in Namibia – Onkoshi, Erongo and Paresis as well as the Ziggy copper project.
The two EPLs, 9134 and 9135, have been added to the Paresis Gold Project, bringing the land package to ~812 km2 (81,189ha).
The Paresis Gold Project, now made up of EPLs 8711 and 9135, is between Otjiwarongo and Outjo, EPL-9134, about ~7km west of Outjo.
E-Tech board chairperson Jim Megann said Drysdale has always played a fundamental role in E-Tech operations through his current board positions of the listed entity and its Namibian subsidiary.
“His exceptional background in the Southern African resource sector and his residency in Namibia will bode well for the company,” Megann said.
Drysdale previously served as Stockport Exploration’s Kenyan Country Manager, overseeing the operations for all aspects of its gold exploration and production activities throughout East Africa.
He also has a progressive and diverse background that extends across various mineral projects and international capital markets.
