Energy lawyer Shakwa Nyambe had a very busy year. He was appointed to represent the Frontier Energy Network in the Sub-Saharan region.

His law firm, SNC Inc., co-hosted the Frontier Energy Network networking reception event in Windhoek.

He has graced almost every podium to talk about Namibia’s oil and gas assets.

The member-driven Frontier Energy Network creates a forum where energy leaders and innovators can connect, collaborate, and develop towards a more sustainable future.

Nyambe joined three other regional leaders: Jennifer S. Medcalf for North America, Ian Cross for Southeast Asia, and Amalia Olivera-Riley for Europe and the UK.

Frontier Energy Network connects people and facilitates the proper conversation within the industry to make an everlasting impact.

Nyambe is the founder and managing partner of the law firm SNC Incorporated in Namibia.

A legal practitioner of the High Court and Supreme Court of Namibia, he specialises in energy, natural resources, and commercial law, advising international corporations, state-owned enterprises, governments, and individuals in oil and gas, renewable energy, and mining projects.

He provides legal services to foreign investors in matters ranging from M&A, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and project financing.

Nyambe’s regional and international energy industry connections are unrivalled, having previously held the roles of Legal Counsel at the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia, Chief Legal Officer at the Ministry of Justice, Namibia, and State Advocate at the High Court of Namibia.
