Evolve Royalties will meet investors virtually between April 21 and 23 as it steps up efforts to position its newly acquired Uis tin royalty alongside its broader copper royalty portfolio.
The meetings, structured as a series of investor engagements, follow the company’s 24 February 2026 signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a cash-flowing royalty over Namibia’s Uis mine.
The outreach marks a shift from transaction announcement to market engagement and capital positioning, as the company seeks to build investor support around assets capable of delivering near-term cash flow.
Under the deal, valued at US$32.5 million (about N$600 million), Evolve will secure a sliding-scale royalty linked to tin production at the Uis operation, currently run by Andrada Mining Limited.
At current prices, the royalty is expected to generate between US$4 million and US$4.5 million annually, offering investors direct exposure to a producing tin asset without operational risk.
The Uis mine, located in Namibia’s Erongo Region, has been ramping up production since its 2022 restart and delivered 1,071.6 tonnes of contained tin in 2025, with output expected to remain around 1,000 to 1,100 tonnes in 2026.
One of the world’s largest hard-rock tin deposits, Uis carries a projected mine life of more than 40 years from its core resource base, with additional upside from ongoing exploration across the wider pegmatite field.
Evolve’s investor push comes as royalty and streaming companies increasingly target producing assets in stable jurisdictions, allowing them to capture commodity upside while limiting capital exposure.
The inclusion of the Uis royalty in its investor presentations also highlights the growing strategic importance of tin, a metal closely linked to electronics, electric vehicles and renewable energy systems, where it is essential for soldering and connectivity.
The April meetings are expected to test market appetite for the company’s expanding portfolio, with Namibia’s Uis mine emerging as a central component of its near-term cash flow story.
